Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with their gaming needs, recommending items as appropriate and guiding them through the Circle of Life selling process.
• Support store operations and sales initiatives during peak holiday periods and busy shopping days.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to company guidelines, including restrooms.
• Stock and restock merchandise, transfer products from stock room to sales floor, and ensure proper presentation and labeling.
• Help the team meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals through attentive service and accurate operations.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss-prevention practices, and adhere to safety policies.
• Follow all GameStop policies and procedures, including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
