Qualifications

• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred.
• Outgoing personality with strong guest service skills.
• Clear verbal communication and active listening in English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with their video gaming needs.
• Fully support the store environment and contribute to sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the team to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure neat presentation on the selling floor.
• Help the store team meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices and follow safety best practices.
• Adhere to GameStop policies including attendance, confidentiality, and professional conduct.
