Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak selling days. You will focus on sales, customer service, and store maintenance while upholding GameStop’s Circle of Life approach to buy, sell, trade, and reservations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store operations, visuals, and sales initiatives during peak season.
• Collaborate with team to keep store clean, organized, and merchandised.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure shelf presentation.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate when needed.
• Follow safety, confidentiality, and company policies.
