You’ll stay focused on hitting daily sales goals, maintain a clean, inviting space, and support merchandise moves, price updates, and loyalty program benefits. Flexible availability across days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
• Able to meet daily sales goals.
• Enjoy meeting people and sharing information.
• Resourceful and adaptable to changing priorities; work independently or in a team.
• Comfort with using electronic devices and POS equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build relationships to drive sales.
• Meet daily selling goals through confident, personalized service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting rooms.
• Merchandise updates, price signs, and assist with stock moves as needed.
• Explain loyalty program benefits and assist customers in completing purchases.
• Provide courteous, friendly service and thank customers to encourage return visits.
• Support teamwork and uphold Macy's standards of hospitality and customer care.
