Qualifications

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
• Meeting daily sales goal challenges
• Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information
• Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities; you can work on your own but are great with team dynamics
• You can handle electronic devices with no problem

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and engage with them to understand needs and offer personalized recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor.
• Review sales goals, stay informed on new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay up to date on promotions.
• Engage, educate, and sell with confidence to build customer relationships and loyalty.
• Support merchandising, damages processing, pricing updates, and merchandise moves as needed
• Share loyalty program benefits and ensure customers have what they need at checkout.
