You’ll help keep floors inviting, support loyalty initiatives, and work with the team to achieve daily targets while delivering genuine hospitality to every guest.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
• Meeting daily sales goal challenges
• Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information
• Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities; you can work on your own but are great with team dynamics
• You can handle electronic devices with no problem

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer help to drive sales and loyalty.
• Maintain a clean, organized selling space and properly merchandize signs and prices.
• Process register transactions accurately using the cash register and handheld devices.
• Assist on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, providing product knowledge and recommendations.
• Support team with daily goals and contribute to a positive, guest-focused environment.
