Macy's is seeking a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague to blend selling with genuine hospitality, turning visits into memorable moments. You’ll help customers on the sales floor or in the fitting room, learn about new arrivals, and work to achieve selling goals through engaging, friendly service.

The role supports a team, with 10–20 hours weekly and a welcoming, inclusive environment. On the job, you’ll keep spaces clean and inviting, engage customers, and participate in training and product

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their needs, offering personalized recommendations.
• Assist customers with product information and purchases on the sales floor and in the fitting room.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales space; set up merchandise and signage as needed.
• Support merchandising, price updates, and returns to vendors.
• Promote Macy's Loyalty program and ensure a positive checkout experience.
