• Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, build relationships and help ensure a welcoming sales floor.
• Merchandise receipts, process damages, testers and returns to vendors; update signs and pricing.
• Assist with loyalty program benefits and end interactions with a sincere thank-you.
• Support merchandise moves and keep the space clean, organized, and inviting.
• Team with colleagues to meet sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
