Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Western Territory in Orange County is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide overall support for the Annual Adopt A Family and Angel Tree Programs, overseeing applications and database accuracy while guiding volunteers.

You will coordinate gift distribution, manage donor and family records, inventory Angel Tree supplies, and partner with corps locations to ensure a successful holiday season for families in need.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 21 years old and valid driver''s license.
• Outstanding data management and reporting skills.
• Bilingual/bi-literate in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data entry for Adopt A Family and Angel Tree applications and train volunteers.
• Evaluate proof of documents and follow up with households.
• Keep an accurate donor and family database and manage Angel tag inventory.
• Coordinate volunteer schedules for delivery/drop-off of gifts and assist at toy warehouse.
• Ensure season-end storage and participate in post-holiday reviews for process improvements.
