Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate at Arrowhead Towne Center in Glendale, AZ. You will greet families, engage with children, and capture holiday moments on our Santa photo sets while ensuring a warm and festive guest experience from start to finish.

This role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities beyond the season, and perks such as same-day pay and referrals. Prior retail or photography experience is not required but helpful for onboarding.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Positive attitude with strong work ethic; able to work independently or with a team.
• Comfortable greeting and engaging with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; cash handling experience a plus.
• Willingness to attend training meetings and complete required courses; flexible to peak retail hours.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs from the Santa set.
• Deliver excellent guest service to make families feel welcomed and part of the magic.
• Work as a team to ensure photo operations run smoothly.
• Engage with children and families in a friendly, festive manner.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned.
