Job summary
Cherry Hill Programs seeks a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate in Phoenix to welcome families, engage with children, and capture magical holiday moments on our Santa photo sets. You’ll deliver warm, high‑quality guest service from start to finish while supporting a smooth photo experience.
We offer flexible hours, same‑day pay options, and growth opportunities within our souvenir photography division during the busy season.
Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age.
- Able to lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Positive attitude, good work ethic, and teamwork.
- Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
- Cash handling and sales transactions experience preferred.
- Professional attire and good hygiene required.
- Willing to attend training and complete courses.
- Flexible to peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs; photography experience not required.
- Deliver excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience.
- Team member responsibilities to ensure smooth photo operations.
- Engage with children, families, guests, staff and coworkers in a friendly way.
- Operate POS system and photography equipment.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- All other tasks as assigned.
