Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Sales Associate/Photographer to welcome families at Santa photo sets and capture magical holiday moments. You’ll deliver warmth, energy, and top-notch guest service from start to finish, helping create lasting memories for children and families.

Ideal candidates bring a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and comfort with cash handling. The role offers flexible hours, on-site work, and opportunities to grow within our souvenir photography division.

Qualifications

16+ years of age required.
Ability to lift 10–25 pounds and stand for long periods.
Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to process sales transactions and handle cash.
Professional attire and good hygiene required.
Must attend training meetings and complete courses.
Flexible to work during peak retail hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
Minimum 20 hours per week or as needed.
Retail or service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience.
Participate as a team member to ensure photo operations run smoothly.
Engage with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers in a festive manner.
Operate POS system and photography equipment.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
All other tasks as assigned.
