Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs seeks a Sales Associate/Photographer to welcome families on our Santa photo sets and capture magical moments. You will bring warmth, energy, and top-tier guest service to ensure a joyful experience from start to finish.

No photography experience is required, but you’ll gain hands-on skills while helping create memorable holiday moments for children and families across North America. Flexible hours and seasonal availability offered.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling.
• Professional attire and good hygiene are a must.
• Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed.
• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home.
• Photography experience not required.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, making every family feel welcomed and cared for.
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• All other tasks as assigned.
