No photography experience required; training provided. The role emphasizes warm guest service, operating a POS system, and contributing to a fast-paced, festive environment with opportunities for growth beyond the season.

Qualifications

• Age 16 or older and able to lift 10–25 lb.
• Stand for extended periods and work flexible peak hours.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team player.
• Comfortable greeting families and children and providing friendly service.
• Cash handling and basic sales transactions.
• Willing to attend training and complete required courses.
• Retail or service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Deliver excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set.
• Work as part of a team to keep photo operations smooth.
• Engage with families in a friendly, festive manner.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
