Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with cash handling and sales transactions.
• Able to lead a team, work independently, and make decisions.
• Availability for pre-season training and flexible scheduling.
• Able to lift 10–25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead a seasonal team and support daily photo operations.
• Drive sales, service excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with hiring, scheduling, training and opening/closing tasks.
• Capture photos and help guests select keepsakes, even without photography experience.
• Resolve guest concerns and escalate IT or management issues as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned during the season.
