Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at The Mall at Stonecrest to help lead a seasonal team delivering magical holiday memories and guest experiences. You will support daily photo operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent guest service across the Santa visit and photo experience.

The role requires 18+ years, strong communication, and the ability to manage schedules, train staff, and handle cash.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with cash handling and sales transactions.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Able to lift and stand for extended periods (up to 25 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment aligning with company values and policies.
• Assist opening-day preparations: hiring, inventory, equipment setup, scheduling, training, and opening/closing procedures.
• Capture photos and help guests select memorable souvenirs.
• Photography experience not required.
• Resolve guest concerns and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce procedures set by senior management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or Local Management.
• Assist the Local Manager with scheduling, training, recruiting, and other administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
