Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at MainPlace in Santa Ana, CA. You will support the Local Manager, lead a seasonal team, drive sales and deliver exceptional guest experiences during the holiday season.

This role requires promoting a positive work environment, coordinating opening-day setup, managing scheduling, and ensuring top-notch photo operations. Strong leadership and flexible availability are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Experience with cash handling or sales is a plus.
• Ability to lead and train a team.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment while upholding company values.
• Support opening-day preparations including hiring, inventory, scheduling and training.
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve guest concerns and ensure a positive experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies set by senior management.
• Assist Local Manager with scheduling, training, and administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
