Job summary
Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at Moreno Valley Mall to help lead our holiday photo operations and seasonal team. You will assist with hiring, scheduling, training, and ensuring top-notch guest service for families visiting Santa and enjoying our photo experiences.
You will drive sales, motivate staff, manage daily operations, and troubleshoot issues to deliver magical memories.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable in a cash handling/sales position.
- Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make decisions.
- Availability for pre-season training.
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
- Able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
Responsibilities
- Support opening-day preparations and staffing.
- Lead daily operations alongside Local Manager to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Capture memorable guest interactions and drive photo sales.
- Resolve guest concerns to maintain high guest satisfaction.
- Assist with scheduling, training, and administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures.
