Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs seeks a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at Beaver Valley to help lead the team delivering magical holiday memories. You’ll support daily photo operations, motivate the seasonal staff, drive sales and guest service, and ensure a memorable Santa visit and photo experience from start to finish.

The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, schedule flexibility, and the opportunity to return for future seasons with potential growth in our souvenir photography division.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem solving skills.
• Comfortable in cash handling and sales transactions; able to lead a team and work independently.
• Able to attend pre-season training and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week and lift 10–25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment while upholding company values and policies.
• Assist with opening-day preparations including hiring, inventory, scheduling, training, and procedures.
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs; photography experience not required.
• Resolve guest concerns to ensure a positive experience and guest satisfaction.
• Lead by example and enforce procedures from senior management; assist with inventory and scheduling.
