Cherry Hill Programs at Northlake Mall is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate to welcome families, engage with children, and capture magical Santa moments. You’ll help create memorable experiences and ensure a smooth, joyful photo session from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic; able to work independently or in a team.
• Flexible to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service during the Santa photo set.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Engage as a team member to ensure smooth photo operations.
