Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate/Photographer to help create magical Santa photo experiences for families. You’ll welcome guests, engage with children, and capture memorable moments while delivering warm, world-class service.

Despite photography experience not being required, you’ll support a smooth, joyful photo session from start to finish. Flexible schedules and same-day pay options enhance the holiday experience for you.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, able to work independently and in a team.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions and handle cash.
• Professional attire and good hygiene expected.
• Willingness to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.
• Retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home (photography experience not required).
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, making every family feel welcomed and valued.
• Participate as a team member to ensure smooth photo operations.
• Engage with children, families, guests, staff and coworkers in a friendly, patient, and festive manner.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• All other tasks as assigned.
