Cherry Hill Programs Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate at Northlake Mall in Charlotte, NC. You will welcome families, engage with children, and capture magical holiday moments on our Santa photo sets.

You’ll deliver warm, world‑class guest service, support a smooth photo experience, and contribute to a fast‑paced team focused on memorable family experiences. Flexible hours and same‑day pay options are among the benefits for the holiday season.

Qualifications

• Age 16 or older.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Positive attitude and work ethic; able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort greeting families and children; good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to process sales and handle cash accurately.
• Professional attire and good hygiene required.
• Willingness to attend training and complete required courses.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Minimum 20 hours per week or as needed.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience.
• Ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively as a team member.
• Engage with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers in a friendly, festive manner.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment; maintain a safe, clean workspace.
• Perform all other tasks as assigned.
