Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate at Newgate Mall. Help create magical Santa photos by greeting families, engaging with children, and capturing memorable moments. No photography experience required, training provided, and you’ll join a fast-paced team in a festive environment.

Qualifications

• Age 16 or older.
• Lift and carry 10–25 pounds; stand for long periods.
• Positive attitude with strong work ethic; able to work independently and in a team.
• Greet families and kids; comfortable interacting with guests.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Process sales transactions and handle cash.
• Dress professionally; maintain hygiene.
• Attend training and complete required courses.
• Flexible for peak retail hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Minimum 20 hours per week or as needed.
• Retail, service, or cashier experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with keepsakes from the Santa photo set.
• Deliver excellent guest service; make families feel welcomed and part of the magic.
• Support photo operations to run smoothly as a team member.
• Engage with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers in a festive, friendly manner.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• All other tasks as assigned.
