Job summary

American Girl Orlando is seeking a Part Time Holiday Seasonal Party Planner to create magical events for guest guests. You will work one-on-one with party guests, coordinate with the party team, and ensure smooth service from greeting to dessert and check delivery.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in events or parties and ServSafe certification are preferred, with occasional heavy lifting and flexible

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months' work experience in customer relations, parties or events.
• One to two years' experience in a high-volume dining or related restaurant is preferred.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Good verbal and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Execute timely party execution with high guest satisfaction.
• Meet sales goals and budgeting guidelines, coordinate with vendors.
• Ensure exceptional party experience and handle customer service issues graciously.
• Run events to AG standards including games, crafts, hair styling and doll care.
• Maintain ongoing party communications with staff and departments.
• Follow local health sanitation laws and safety guidelines.
• Assign and complete daily tasks for FOH and BOH areas.
• Utilize InfoGenesis for transactions per policy.
• Train and assist teammates across restaurant areas.
