Job summary

Mattel, Inc. Orlando is seeking a dynamic Part-Time Merchandising Associate to support Back of House operations, including unloading/loading trailers, stock maintenance, and ensuring supplies on-hand for peak store efficiency.

You will handle stock shipments, assist with returns, and maintain visual standards while working a flexible retail schedule including days, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in retail or service industry.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Friendly, approachable, and willing to offer assistance to a guest, especially children.
• Available to work open and close shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming stock shipments safely and maintain stockroom standards.
• Pack up and load trailer with returning merchandise.
• Maintain stock on the retail sales floor and monitor levels.
• Assist in floor moves, equipment maintenance, and safe environment for customers and employees.
• Prioritize tasks to meet business needs.
