Brobston Group is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support store operations during the holiday season, reporting to an Operations Manager. You will handle merchandise processing, inventory control, and shipping tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across activities.

This temporary role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, with emphasis on safety and teamwork to enhance the client experience during peak season.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in operations or warehouse roles.
• Familiarity with and ability to use retail and mobile technologies.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort incoming merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor.
• Prepare outgoing merchandise for shipment to clients, other stores, or the distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control tasks and execute merchandise price changes.
• Follow safety procedures in the receiving dock and all other work areas.
