Job summary

The Seasonal Operations Associate at Brobston Group supports store operations during the holiday season and helps deliver an exceptional client experience. Reporting to an Operations Manager, this role handles merchandise processing, inventory control, and shipping tasks.

Responsibilities include unloading and sorting incoming merchandise, preparing items for shipment, and executing daily inventory and price changes while maintaining safety standards in the receiving dock.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in operations or warehouse roles.
• Familiarity with and ability to use retail and mobile technologies.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort incoming merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment to clients, other stores, or the distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control operations and execute merchandise price changes.
• Follow safety procedures in the receiving dock and all other work areas.
