Brobston Group is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support store operations and enhance client experience during the holiday season. You will handle merchandise processing, inventory tasks, and shipment preparation.

Reporting to an Operations Manager, this role requires lifting up to 35 pounds, standing and moving throughout shifts, and availability nights, weekends, and holidays.

The position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in operations or warehouse roles.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 35 pounds.
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare items for the selling floor.
• Prepare outbound merchandise for shipment to clients, stores, or the distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control tasks and execute price changes.
• Follow safety procedures in the receiving dock and all work areas.
