Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service assigned retail locations in Chippewa Falls, WI. You will display and maintain inventory of greeting cards, gift wrap, and related items, on a flexible schedule, with paid training and 401(k) matching.

The role emphasizes independence, time management, and building relationships with store staff while traveling to multiple stores. Prior experience is not required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Access to reliable transportation to cover multiple locations.
• Access to reliable internet for updates and training.
• Comfort with using a company-provided tablet for training and daily tasks.
• Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on your assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display products in greeting card departments and maintain backroom areas.
• Communicate questions or concerns to management about service or schedules.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time-management skills.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Assist with store resets and minor fixture work as requested.
• Plan weekly service schedule and workload using a company-issued tablet.
• Work independently or as part of a team.
