Qualifications

• Ability to handle physical tasks and lift up to 75 lbs. and operate in cold conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversees vendor management and day-to-day operations of Christkindlmarkt Dublin.
• Manages vendor relationships, booth needs, contracts, and end-of-season reviews.
• Acts as liaison with municipal departments, inspectors, and market partners.
• Supports retail operations: ordering, inventory, scheduling, and reporting.
• Works with CEO on market layout, budgets, and SOPs; ensures compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assists with accounting tasks: receipts, expenses, and vendor billing; POS setup.
