Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations Manager to keep the Production Schedule updated.
• Manage Hausmeister team for Vendor Services, Decor, and Site Maintenance.
• Assist with supplier coordination during load‑in, operations and load‑out.
• Support on-site infrastructure planning to meet permit and inspection standards.
• Participate in site inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain daily communication with Operations Manager and escalate issues.
