Job summary

Shine is hiring in Cranberry Township, PA. You’ll join a team to perform our home services, meeting each day with the team to plan the day and driving a Shine vehicle to customer locations.

Work is outdoors, involves heights and ladders, and you’ll be trained on the job. We provide uniforms, equipment, and a path for advancement, with bonuses and overtime opportunities including a $1,000 signing bonus.

Qualifications

• Must like to work with people
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder – up to 30 pounds.
• Must have experience working at heights (roofs)
• Must be able to work outside

Responsibilities

• Meet with the team to understand the day’s game plan.
• Drive in the Shine vehicle to customers’ homes or businesses and perform the required services.
• Meet customers to ensure we’re meeting their expectations on the job.
• End your day back at the Shine office to recap the day.
