Job summary

Shine of Cranberry Township is hiring for a field technician role. You’ll visit customer sites in Shine vehicles, perform the required window cleaning and related services, and work with a teammate to complete daily tasks.

Training is provided and transportation to sites is required. No prior experience is necessary, but helpful knowledge of electrical is a plus, and you will be paid while learning.

Qualifications

• Must like to work with people.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder up to 30 pounds.
• Must have experience working at heights (roofs).
• Must be able to work outside.

Responsibilities

• Meet with the team to understand the day’s plan.
• Drive Shine vehicle to customer homes or businesses with another teammate.
• Perform services for each customer as needed.
• Check in with customers to ensure expectations are met on the job.
• Return to Shine office to recap the day.

Job Summary

• Each day, you’ll meet with the rest of the team to understand the day’s game plan.
• You’ll drive in our Shine vehicle to customers’ homes or businesses (typically with another team member) throughout the day and perform our services specific to that customer’s needs.
• You may meet customers to ensure we’re meeting their expectations on the job that day.
• You’ll end your day back at the Shine office to recap the day.
