Job summary

Shine is hiring for a field-based role where you’ll visit customers’ homes or businesses in a Shine vehicle to perform our services. You’ll work with a partner, follow the day’s plan, and aim to meet customer expectations on each job.

At day’s end, you’ll return to the Shine office to recap and plan for the next day, with on-the-job training provided and opportunities for advancement within a growing national brand.

Qualifications

• Must like to work with people.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder – up to 30 pounds.
• Must not be afraid of heights.
• Must be able to work outside.

Responsibilities

• Meet with the team to understand the day’s plan.
• Drive Shine vehicle to customers’ homes or businesses and perform the required services.
• Meet customers to ensure expectations are met on the job.
• Return to the Shine office at day’s end to recap the day.

Job Summary

• Each day, you’ll meet with the rest of the team to understand the day’s game plan.
• You’ll drive in our Shine vehicle to customers’ homes or businesses (typically with another team member) throughout the day and perform our services specific to that customer’s needs.
• You may meet customers to ensure we’re meeting their expectations on the job that day.
• You’ll end your day back at the Shine office to recap the day.
