Job summary

Shine Window Cleaning is seeking team-oriented individuals to service customers at homes and businesses across our Florida routes. You will drive a Shine vehicle with a teammate, perform window cleaning tasks tailored to each customer, and ensure high-quality service while representing a friendly, professional image on site.

No experience? We train you on our methods and use the latest equipment; experience at heights is helpful. A reliable vehicle is required and safety is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must like to work with people.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder – up to 30 pounds.
• Must have experience working at heights (roofs).
• Must be able to work outside.

Responsibilities

• Meet with the team to understand the day’s game plan.
• Drive in Shine vehicle to customers’ homes or businesses and perform services.
• Meet customers to ensure expectations are met on the job that day.
• End the day back at the Shine office to recap.

• Money -- and opportunity to make more. Earn up to $27/hour which includes $5/hour bonus when hanging lights. Opportunity for bonuses and overtime.
