Job summary

Shine Window Care in Cranberry Township is hiring a window care technician. You will drive a Shine vehicle to customers’ homes or businesses and perform services tailored to each job, including window cleaning and related tasks.

Earn $22.00–$32.00 per hour with a $5/hour bonus for hanging lights, plus a $1,000 signing bonus. Paid training and all equipment are provided; advancement opportunities exist within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Must like to work with people.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder – up to 30 pounds.
• Must have experience working at heights (roofs).
• Must be able to work outside.

Responsibilities

• Meet with the team to understand the day’s plan.
• Drive Shine vehicle to customers’ homes or businesses with another team member.
• Perform services for the customer’s needs.
• Meet customers to ensure expectations are met.
• End the day back at the Shine office to recap.

Job Summary

• Each day, you’ll meet with the rest of the team to understand the day’s game plan.
• You’ll drive in our Shine vehicle to customers’ homes or businesses (typically with another team member) throughout the day and perform our services specific to that customer’s needs.
• You may meet customers to ensure we’re meeting their expectations on the job that day.
• You’ll end your day back at the Shine office to recap the day.
