Job summary

Stauer in Burnsville, MN is seeking a Full Time Holiday Inbound Sales Representative with a remote option. You will engage with existing customers, selling luxury watches and jewelry while delivering personalized service and meeting sales targets.

During Weeks 1–2 you undergo on-site training (9:00a–5:30p, Mon–Fri). Weeks 3+ offer remote work with metrics; compensation includes $18/hour plus commission and a holiday attendance bonus.

Qualifications

• Must have remote work experience and a history of meeting sales targets.
• High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years in relationship sales and customer service preferred.
• Ability to commute to Burnsville, MN for on-site training.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium luxury items at competitive prices while delivering relationship-based service.
• Meet performance targets and participate in all training sessions.
• Handle inbound inquiries from existing customers and maintain reliable attendance.
