Job summary

Qualifications

• Post secondary degree preferred
• Minimum 1 year in fundraising, event planning, project management, volunteer management, customer service, nonprofit operations, or related field
• Experience working with volunteers, donors, or community partners preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate holiday wish lists using Roonga platform
• Collaborate with CHS program staff to ensure sponsorship and approvals
• Assist with overall coordination and daily operation of the Hope for the Holidays program
• Sort, organize, and distribute donated gifts
• Maintain inventory and donation records in databases
• Engage and support volunteers via SignUpGenius and other tools
• Participate in meetings, training, and quality improvement activities
