Job summary

Children's Home Society of North Carolina is seeking a Hope for the Holidays Specialist to support planning, coordination, and execution of a holiday wish list and fundraising initiative for children and families served by CHS.

The role involves coordinating with donors, volunteers, case workers, and CHS staff to ensure wish lists are fulfilled and gifts are tracked and distributed accurately.

Qualifications

• Post Secondary degree preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in fundraising, event planning, project management, volunteer management, customer service, nonprofit operations, or a related field.
• Experience working with volunteers, donors, or community partners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the Hope for the Holidays program activities.
• Manage holiday wish lists and sponsorship approvals with CHS staff.
• Sort, inventory, and distribute donated gifts and maintain records.
