Job summary

CHSNC is seeking a Seasonal Hope for the Holidays Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of holiday wish lists and fundraising initiatives for children and families served by CHS. You will work closely with donors, volunteers, case workers, and CHS staff to ensure wish lists are fulfilled and gifts are tracked accurately.

Qualifications

• Post Secondary degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in fundraising, event planning, project management, volunteer management, customer service, or related nonprofit operations.
• Experience working with volunteers, donors, or community partners is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Program Coordination: Manage and support holiday wish lists and sponsorship processes.
• Donation and Inventory Management: Maintain donation records and assist with distribution.
• Volunteer Engagement: Schedule and coordinate volunteers using SignUpGenius and related tools.
• Organizational Responsibilities: Participate in meetings, training, and uphold CHS values and policies.
