Carter’s is hiring a Holiday Helper to greet families, showcase baby essentials, and assist with back-to-school needs. You’ll join an inclusive team that values growth, training, and development while delivering friendly, efficient service across our brand assortment.

In a fast-paced retail environment, you’ll resolve customer questions, promote promotions and loyalty, and help keep the floor stocked and welcoming. Availability may include days, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve issues for customers confidently in a busy retail setting.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with products.
• Utilize omnichannel to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and complete point of sale transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program to customers.
• Minimize loss by maintaining a safe, clean store.
