Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking a Seasonal Special Events Helper for gift wrapping at The Shops at Woodlake. This onsite role runs November 20 to December 24 with shifts 10:00 am–6:00 pm on weekdays and weekends. You will wrap gifts, remove price tags, and place receipts when needed.

Experience in gift wrapping is preferred, and a friendly, five-star guest service approach is required. Ability to stand and handle lifting is expected, with a compensation range of $11.90–$17.90 per hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• Experience wrapping quality gift packages preferred but training is available.
• Excellent guest interaction and five-star service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Wrap gifts using provided supplies with attention to detail and timeliness.
• Offer to remove price tags from packaged products.
• Offer to place gift receipt inside packages.
• Organize and store wrapped packages in the wrapping area.
• Replenish wrapping supplies and communicate needs to the department manager.
• Keep records of gifts wrapped.
