Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking seasonal Gift Wrapping Assistants for the Shops at Woodlake Holiday Customer Service Center. This onsite, part-time role runs November 20 through December 24, with 10:00 am–6:00 pm shifts.

You will wrap gifts, remove price tags when needed, and keep a tidy wrapping area while delivering courteous guest service. Previous gift-wrapping experience is preferred; training is available. You must be able to stand and lift during shifts and be available weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience wrapping quality gift packages preferred but will train the right person.
• Knowledge of Kohler is a bonus but not required.
• Experienced speaking with guests in a gracious and five-star manner.
• Positive minded, self-starter, responsible, engaging, strong attention to detail, and festive.
• Available to work weekends, event days, and holidays if needed.
• Position requires the ability to stand, lift, push, pull, frequently.

Responsibilities

• Using the supplies provided, prepare and wrap gifts with attention to detail, accuracy, and in a timely manner in accordance with specified guidelines.
• Offer to remove price tags from packaged products.
• Offer to place gift receipt inside packaged products.
• Organize and store wrapped packages in gift wrapping holding area as assigned.
• Organize and replenish supplies.
• Organize and maintain workspace.
• Replenish supplies and communicate supply needs to the department manager.
• Keep a record of gifts wrapped.
