Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking seasonal gift wrap associates for The Shops at Woodlake Holiday Customer Service Center in Kohler, WI. Provide complimentary, elevated gift wrapping using quality wrapping paper and accessories.

Role runs November 20 through December 24 with weekday and weekend shifts 10:00 am–6:00 pm. Prior gift-wrapping experience preferred; training available. Candidates must be able to stand, lift, and commit to a high standard of guest service.

Qualifications

• Experience wrapping quality gift packages preferred but training provided.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/push/pull as needed.
• Excellent guest relations with a five-star service mindset.
• Available for seasonal role from Nov 20 to Dec 24 with shifts 10:00–18:00.

Responsibilities

• Using provided supplies, wrap gifts with attention to detail in a timely manner according to guidelines.
• Offer to remove price tags from items.
• Offer to place gift receipts inside packages.
• Wrap and store gifts in the designated holding area.
• Organize and replenish supplies.
• Maintain workspace and communicate needs to department manager.
• Keep a record of gifts wrapped.

The Shops at Woodlake Holiday Customer Service Center is seeking seasonal gift wrap associates who can provide a complimentary and elevated gift-wrapping service to guests making Shops at Woodlake purchases, using quality wrapping paper and other accessories.

Specific Responsibilities

• Using the supplies provided, prepare and wrap gifts with attention to detail, accuracy, and in a timely manner in accordance with specified guidelines.
• Offer to remove price tags from packaged products.
• Offer to place gift receipt inside packaged products.
• Organize and store wrapped packages in gift wrapping holding area as assigned.
• Organize and replenish supplies.
• Organize and maintain workspace.
• Replenish supplies and communicate supply needs to the department manager.
• Keep a record of gifts wrapped.

This is a seasonal part-time role from November 20th to December 24th with weekday and weekend shifts between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm.

Skills/Requirements

• Experience wrapping quality gift packages preferred but will train the right person.
• Knowledge of Kohler is a bonus but not required. Information about the resort will be provided.
• Experienced speaking with guests in a gracious and five-star manner.
• Positive minded, self-starter, responsible, engaging, strong attention to detail, and festive.
• Available to work weekends, event days, and holidays if needed.
• Position requires the ability to stand, lift, push, pull, frequently.

The hourly range for this position is $11.90 - $17.90 plus tips/gratuity. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
