Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking a seasonal guest services role on our golf course in Kohler, WI. You will greet golfers, relay daily policies, and help ensure guests have a outstanding experience by coordinating players with tee times and addressing special requests.

Shifts run 5:15 am–8:00 pm on weekdays and weekends; prior golf operations experience is helpful. A valid driver’s license is required and the hourly rate ranges from $13.10 to $19.60.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly and outgoing.
• Must be 18 or over.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Greet all golfers and communicate course policies.
• Coordinate and verify players on first tee according to tee times.
• Record counts, carts, caddies, and marshal info; relay to golf shop for billing.
• Deliver starter sheets and communicate special instructions to guests.
• Maintain supplies (scorecards, pencils, tees) and ensure bathrooms are stocked.
• Support guest communication and monitor pace of play per procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by golf staff.
