Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year selling or retail experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience with a customer-first approach.
• Greet customers, recommend products, and upsell.
• Serve as liaison between vendors, personal stylists, and store leadership.
• Keep sales floor neat, properly signed for sales and markdowns.
• Plan and lead vendor events to drive sales and engagement.
• Process transactions using Macy's POS systems in a friendly manner.
