Job summary

GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak sales days, delivering outstanding guest service and contributing to the Circle of Life buy/sell/trade/reservation model.

The role focuses on sales, store maintenance, and customer service, with a primary emphasis on guest satisfaction and being available for peak seasonal shifts. Prior retail or guest service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video game needs.
• Support shopping environment, visual and operational aspects, and store sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with the team to keep all areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking merchandise and transferring products from stock room to selling floor.
• Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices and safety procedures.
• Adhere to GameStop policies and procedures, including attendance and confidentiality.
