GameStop Corp. seeks a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team on a short-term basis during peak sales periods. The role centers on sales, store upkeep, and outstanding guest service within GameStop's Circle of Life model.

The associate will greet guests, assist with gaming needs, stock merchandise, and help maintain a clean, well-merchandised store environment to achieve sales goals while providing friendly, efficient service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting them with their video gaming needs.
• Fully support the overall shopping environment, including visual and operational aspects, and actively contribute to all store sales initiatives throughout the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the store team to ensure all areas of the store are clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise, ensuring products are well-presented and alphabetized on the selling floor.
• Assist the team in meeting and exceeding sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, including awareness of scams and safety practices.
• Consistently adhere to store policies including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
