Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video game needs.
• Support store operations, visuals, and sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Maintain clean, organized, and merchandised areas according to guidelines.
• Assist in stocking merchandise and displaying products attractively on the selling floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices with safety in mind.
