Job summary

GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak periods. You will focus on sales, guest service, and day-to-day store operations to ensure a welcoming and organized shopping environment.

You will help with stock, merchandising, and cleanliness, greet guests, answer questions, and participate in the Circle of Life buy/sell/trade model. Reliability, flexibility, and a friendly attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with gaming needs.
• Support store operations, merchandising, and cleanliness during peak seasons.
• Assist in stocking, restocking, and presenting products on shelves and fixtures.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals through attentive service.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Follow safety, attendance, and confidentiality policies consistently.
